The tone does not play.
Turn off Silent mode, raise the volume, and disconnect Bluetooth headphones so the sound comes from the iPhone speaker. The tone has to play from the phone itself.
The speaker is still muffled.
Leave the iPhone in a dry place with airflow. Water can take hours to leave the grille. If it is still muffled after a day of drying, the speaker may be damaged and a tone will not repair it.
I see a liquid-detected alert.
That alert is about the connector, not the speaker. Unplug the cable and let the port dry. Speaker Cleaner does not clear that alert.

Delete data on this iPhone
Delete the app to remove its local data. Under this policy we do not keep a copy on a server, so there is nothing else for us to erase. Deleting the app does not delete contacts in iCloud or another account, photos in your library, or a subscription billed by Apple.
