If you use one of our apps
Choose the app on the support page so the subject line includes its name. Tell us the iPhone model, the iOS version, and what you expected to happen.
Do not send passwords, full contact files, or payment card numbers. We do not need them, and we do not want them in email.
If you want something built
A useful first note includes:
- Your name, and whether you are writing for yourself or a company.
- What you want: an iPhone app, an Android app, a website, or help shipping one you already have.
- The job it has to do, in a few sentences.
- A date, if you have one.
- Examples you like, as links.
