Some people are missing from the file.
Check Lists in Contacts. Contacts from Gmail, Exchange, or a SIM may sit in a different account than the one you exported. Export that list too.
Restore did nothing.
Confirm Contacts permission is allowed for Backup Contact Plus, and that you are opening the file you exported. Email us the iOS version if the file is non-empty and still will not import. Do not send the file to us unless we ask. It contains other people's details.
How do I remove access?
Settings, Privacy & Security, Contacts, then turn off Backup Contact Plus. Deleting the app removes its local data. It does not delete contacts from iCloud or from Gmail.
How do I contact support?
Email store@aivanaapps.com with Backup Contact Plus in the subject.
Delete data on this iPhone
Delete the app to remove its local data. Under this policy we do not keep a copy on a server, so there is nothing else for us to erase. Deleting the app does not delete contacts in iCloud or another account, photos in your library, or a subscription billed by Apple.
