The sound stops when the screen locks.
Keep the app in the foreground long enough for playback to start, and check that Silent mode is off. If another app takes over the audio session, Driftly will pause. Email us if it still stops on its own, with the iPhone model and iOS version.
I want the sound to stop on its own.
Use the sleep timer in the app and pick a duration. The timer is on the device.
Is there a subscription?
No. Driftly has no in-app purchases.

Delete data on this iPhone
Delete the app to remove its local data. Under this policy we do not keep a copy on a server, so there is nothing else for us to erase. Deleting the app does not delete contacts in iCloud or another account, photos in your library, or a subscription billed by Apple.
