Email store@aivanaapps.com with the date you expected, the date the app shows, and your iOS version. Moon phases and retrograde dates are astronomy and should be correctable if we have a bug.
Can you tell me what a placement means for my life?
No. Support can help with the app. We don't interpret charts as predictions about health, money, or relationships.
How do I remove something I typed in?
Delete it in the app, or delete the app. We do not keep a copy on a server.
How do I contact support?
Email store@aivanaapps.com. Put Astraline in the subject so it reaches the right pile.
Delete data on this iPhone
Delete the app to remove its local data. Under this policy we do not keep a copy on a server, so there is nothing else for us to erase. Deleting the app does not delete contacts in iCloud or another account, photos in your library, or a subscription billed by Apple.
