These terms cover aivanaapps.com, a site run by Aivana LLC of New York, USA. Downloading an app is a separate agreement with Apple.

## Using the site

You may read the pages, link to them, and share the addresses. Don't misuse the site, try to break it, or present our guides as if they were professional advice given to you personally.

## Guides are general information

Articles on this site are general information from Aivana LLC. They are not medical, mental-health, financial, legal, veterinary, or appraisal advice, and they are not a promise that an app will fix a device, a budget, a dog, or a night of sleep.
Where a guide says to see Apple, a physician, an audiologist, a trainer, a veterinary behaviorist, or an appraiser, that is the point of the page.

## The apps

Apps you download from the App Store are licensed to you by Apple's [Licensed Application End User License Agreement](https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), unless an app's listing says otherwise. We have not written a separate end-user license.
Purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple. Refunds and cancellations go through Apple. Each app's privacy policy explains what that app does with information.

## Our words and marks

The text, the Small Goods design of this site, and the Aivana name and seal are owned by Aivana LLC. App names belong to their apps. Other companies' names, including Apple, belong to them. We mention Apple, iPhone, and the App Store to describe compatibility.

## Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Aivana LLC is not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on a guide. Some places do not allow that limit, and if you are there, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.
