## Questions

### I deleted an expense by mistake.

We cannot restore it. Entries are only on your iPhone, and support has no copy.

### The totals look wrong.

Totals add up what you entered. Email store@aivanaapps.com with the amounts you entered and the total you see, plus the iOS version. Do not send account numbers. You should not have any bank numbers in Pipseed.

### Can you import my bank?

No. Pipseed does not link a bank account.

### How do I contact support?

Email store@aivanaapps.com with Pipseed in the subject.

## Delete data on this iPhone

Delete the app to remove its local data. Aivana does not keep a server copy under this policy. Deleting the app does not delete iCloud contacts, your photo library, or an Apple subscription.
